On Thursday, April 16, 2015, Hasbro Children’s Hospital hosted its annual radiothon at the Warwick Mall in Warwick, Rhode Island. Members of Team (+) Impact, the ALEX AND ANI community outreach group, helped facilitate donations over the phone and raise awareness with mall shoppers.

The radiothon was broadcast live on local Rhode Island radio stations such as 92 PRO-FM, Lite Rock 105, News Talk 630 & 99.7 WPRO, and Hot 106. Our very own Kara Turenne, CHARITY BY DESIGN Customer and Employee Engagement Manager, and Lindsey Bailer, Online Product Coordinator, spoke live on air with several stations to discuss their experiences with Hasbro Children’s Hospital and our longtime partnership in which we have the Hero Charm Bangle.

The 15-hour event raised a staggering $400,000! We are proud to be partnered with Hasbro Children’s Hospital and help raise funds for such an important cause.
